Knight’s Fire Safety RT-130 is aligned with the intent and learning objectives of annual wildland fire safety refresher guidance. Many employers accept professionally delivered RT-130 courses; however, acceptance varies by agency.

No. This course is not an NWCG or CAL FIRE academy course and does not independently issue NWCG qualifications or Incident Qualification Cards (Red Cards). It is a professional, instructor-led RT-130 refresher aligned with national wildland fire safety principles.

No. Red Cards are issued by the employing agency or authorized sponsoring organization. This course provides documented RT-130 refresher training that may be used toward annual requirements if accepted by the employer.
